sWith proper maintenance and care spray tans can last about 2 weeks. You must exfoliate all old self and pray tanners before coming in for your next spray tan. 

• Exfoliate the day before or even a few days leading up to the day of spray tan.
• Refrain from a scrub that contains oils unless it is more than a day before the appointment.
• Make sure any previous self tanner or remnants of tanner is completely removed before coming to your appointment.
• Any waxing or shaving must be done at least 24 hours before appointment.
• Refrain from putting lotions, oils, perfumes, or deodorant on the day of the appointment.
• Make sure any nail appointment you may have is done prior to your spray tan appointment.
• Do not shower right before your appointment.
• Refrain from using “dove” soap products before and after your spray tan.

• Do not shower for at least 8-10 hours after appointment unless rapid tan is used instead.
• Wear loose dark clothing the day of appointment.
• Do not get hands wet for at least 8-10 hours after appointment.
• Refrain from any spa treatments at least a couple days after the appointment.
• After taking a shower, gently blot the skin with a towel. No rubbing.
•Moisturize the skin at least 2 times a day after appointment.
•Do not start moisturizing until after the first shower.
•Refrain from using baby oil.
•Refrain from any waxing services a couples days to a week after appointment.
• No skin to skin contact until after the first shower.
•Avoid hot tubs/hot baths.
•Avoid exfoliating.
•Avoid bug spray.
