Please Note: A 50% reservation deposit is required for all hair color services, lash extension services, and hair extension installation appointments. The deposit is applied toward your service total and is not an additional fee.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

At SR Studio, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Many of our color and lash appointments require dedicated time that cannot easily be filled if cancelled at the last minute. To help protect our stylists’ schedules and continue providing exceptional service to all of our guests, the following reservation policy is now in effect.

Reservation Deposit

A 50% reservation deposit is required when booking:

All hair color services

All lash extension services

Hair extension installation appointments

Your reservation deposit is applied toward your service total at checkout and is not an additional fee.

Rescheduling

Appointments rescheduled with 48 hours or more notice may transfer the reservation deposit one time to the new appointment.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or appointments missed without notice, will forfeit the reservation deposit.

Management reserves the right to make exceptions for emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
