Before You Book
A 50% Reservation Retainer is required for hair color, lash extensions, hair extension installations and services scheduled for two hours or longer. Your retainer is applied toward your service total—it is not an additional fee.
With at least 48 hours’ notice, your retainer may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice and no-shows forfeit the retainer. Please review the full Reservation & Cancellation Policy below before booking.
Accessibility: Facials, nails, head spa, lashes, brows and waxing are upstairs and are not wheelchair accessible. Downstairs salon services can generally accommodate wheelchair access through the back entrance with advance notice. Please contact us before booking if you need accommodations.
