Which Head Spa should I book for my first visit?
The Essential Scalp Renewal is the best starting point for most first-time guests. Choose the Scalp Reset if you want the added eye-mask treatment, or the Reset with Blow-Dry if you want to leave fully styled.
Will my hair be wet afterward?
Yes. A light dry is included with the Essential and Ultimate experiences, but your hair may not be fully styled. Choose the package with a full blow-dry and thermal style if you want a polished finish.
Can I receive a Head Spa with color-treated hair?
Yes. Please tell us about your color history, sensitivities and any recent chemical services so we can choose appropriate products and techniques.
Can I book if I have hair extensions?
Some Head Spa services or techniques may not be appropriate for every extension method. Please call or text before booking so we can review your extensions and recommend the safest option.
What if I have scalp irritation or a diagnosed scalp condition?
Please contact us before booking if you have open areas, active irritation, infection, a diagnosed scalp condition or recent scalp procedure. We may recommend waiting or receiving clearance from your healthcare provider.
How often should I schedule a Head Spa?
Many guests enjoy an appointment every 2–4 weeks for ongoing scalp care and relaxation, but the best timing depends on your scalp, hair routine and goals.
Can I combine a Head Spa with another service?
Yes. The Ultimate service already combines a Head Spa and facial, and the Quick Scalp Refresh can pair with select salon appointments. Contact us if you need help coordinating services and timing.
Where are Head Spa services performed?
Our Head Spa and facial treatment rooms are located upstairs in our boutique studio.
