Nails with a Friend
Bring a friend and catch up while you each enjoy a Gel Polish Manicure, side by side with Clarissa and McKail. Each guest receives nail shaping, cuticle care and one solid gel-polish color.
60 minutes per guest, booked at the same time.
Removal and nail art cost extra and need additional time. If either guest needs existing product removed, or you’re unsure how to book nail art, call 301-573-3861 before booking so we can help reserve the right amount of time.

Want nail art? Choose your base service first, then add your nail-art or finish option during booking. French, chrome and cat-eye also need an add-on so enough time is reserved.

Finish add-ons
For French tips, an all-over chrome finish or magnetic cat-eye color.
French Finish

French detailing, including traditional, deep or V-shaped tips. Intricate French designs may also need a nail-art level.
Full-Set Chrome
+$10
One solid chrome finish across all ten nails. Chrome French, layered chrome and detailed chrome designs require an additional nail-art selection.
Cat-Eye Finish
+$10
A magnetic cat-eye finish across the full set. Detailed patterns, layered designs or cat-eye artwork may also need a nail-art level.

Minimal Nail Art

Up to 15 minutes of simple art, such as one or two accent nails per hand, dots, simple lines, glitter or basic foil.
Signature Nail Art
+$30
Up to 30 minutes of art, such as designs on four to six nails, simple florals, mixed colors, chrome accents or small rhinestone details.
Detailed Nail Art
+$55
Detailed art across several or all nails, including hand painting, layered designs, chrome combinations or rhinestone placement.
Pricing may be adjusted after your artist reviews the requested design.
Custom Nail Art
From $75
Intricate hand painting, characters, layered designs, extensive rhinestones or 3D details. Starts with 90 additional minutes; final pricing and timing are determined after your artist reviews your design.
Choose one nail-art level per appointment. Some designs combine a finish add-on with one nail-art level. If you are unsure which options your design needs, contact us before booking.

A few answers to help you choose and book your nail appointment at SR Studio in Boonsboro, Maryland.
What’s the difference between a Gel Polish Manicure and Structured Gel?
A Gel Polish Manicure includes nail shaping, cuticle care and gel-polish color on your natural nails. Structured Gel adds a layer of support over your natural nails, with your artist choosing the appropriate gel. Both keep your natural length.

What’s the difference between Structured Gel and Gel-X?
Structured Gel adds support over the length you already have. Gel-X uses full-cover soft-gel extensions to add length. For a new Gel-X set, choose Short, Medium, Long or XL when booking.
Do you fill Gel-X extensions?
At SR Studio, we remove Gel-X and apply a new set rather than filling the existing extensions. If you’re wearing an SR Studio set, book your new Gel-X length and select Gel-X Refresh Add-On – SR Studio Set. That add-on covers removal and preparation for the new application.
Do I need to book gel-polish removal?
If you’re wearing gel polish applied at SR Studio, choose your next Gel Polish Manicure or Gel Polish Change, then select SR Studio Gel Removal With Service during booking. This reserves removal time before your new service.
If your product was applied elsewhere, contact us before booking so we can help choose the right service and removal time.
How do I book nail art, French tips, chrome or cat-eye?
Choose your base nail service first, then select the available finish and nail-art options during booking. French Finish, Full-Set Chrome and Cat-Eye Finish each have their own add-on. Detailed designs may also need a nail-art level.

When should I send my inspiration photos?
For Minimal, Signature or Detailed Nail Art, please send your inspiration photos at least 48 hours before your appointment. Text them to 301-573-3861 or email info@srphotostudio.com.
If we haven’t received your photos, we’ll text you to follow up. For Custom Nail Art, final pricing and timing are determined after your artist reviews the design.
What if my current product was applied at another salon?
Contact SR Studio before booking if you’re wearing gel, extensions or another enhancement applied elsewhere. We’ll help determine what’s on your nails, whether removal is needed and how much appointment time to reserve.
What should I book for maintenance or a repair?
For an existing SR Studio structured-gel manicure, choose Structured Gel Maintenance. For Gel-X, book a new set with the appropriate removal add-on. Our removal and maintenance guide explains each option.
If you need a repair or you’re unsure what’s on your nails, contact us before booking so we can reserve enough time.
Can I book a polish change instead of a manicure?
A polish change is a color refresh with light shaping. Choose Regular Polish Change for regular polish or Gel Polish Change for gel polish. A Gel Polish Change does not include detailed cuticle care or massage.
Choose a Classic Manicure or Gel Polish Manicure when you want the nail shaping and cuticle care included in a full manicure. Compare services and prices.
